LOCALS = (Niseko / Kutchan / Rankoshi town residence and workers)

Any demo rentals under the ‘Locals Discount’ cannot be pre-booked and are only available after 6pm and must be returned by 1 pm the following day (SHOP business hours 12pm - 7pm).
Not available during busy periods.
Bindings must be attached by the customer on their own at home and boards cannot be stored at the showroom.
1,000 yen Cash only.

To qualify for a Locals Discount on demo boards you must provide:
Japanese driver's license registered with address within Niseko/Kutchan/Rankoshi
OR
Residence Card

<22-23 ボードデモのローカル割引について>

ローカル割引適用の際は、予約はできません。
貸し出しは午後6時以降～翌日午後1時までです（営業時間 12:00-19:00)。
繁忙期にはローカル割は行いません。
バインディングの取り付けはご自身でご自宅で行ってください。
（お店での取り付け、ボードのお預かりはできません。）
1回1000円、お支払いは現金のみです。

ローカル割引適応条件:
ニセコ町、倶知安町、蘭越町に住民票のある方、もしくは勤務されている方

ニセコ町/倶知安町/蘭越町の住所が記載された写真付き身分証明書の提示
OR
写真付き身分証明書と上記エリアで働いていることが証明できるものの提示
（保険証、契約書や給与明細等。制服はNG）

～　TERMS AND CONDITIONS　～
●I will respect the Niseko Rules and never enter the strictly off-limit areas in Niseko.
●I will not duck any ropes to access the out of bounds areas.
●I will respect the backcountry protocols and follow the ski patrol and Avalanche Institute's instructions.
●I fully acknowledge and am aware of the dangers of backcountry riding.　backcountry area.
I will go backcountry riding at my own risk and will take responsibility for all my actions out there.
●In case the board is damaged, a repair fee or board price will be charged
●Gentemstick will invoice the claimable amount in case of theft or lost of the demo board
●Gentemstick/Tamaya Products, LLC is not liable for any damage caused during the use of the demo board. 　
Please agree to use and ride the board fully at your own risk.
●Gentemstick will submit this written oath in case the police or any relevant authority requires it.
●Using demo boards in tours using motorized vehicles is prohibited.
●Do not use the board on park rails or any other items that may damage the board.
●Do not use the board apart from riding purposes
●Gentemstick strongly recommends to subscribe to a snowboarding iinsurance
●Make sure to return the board before the designated time.
●All the private information provided in the application form is correct.

～　誓約書　～
●ニセコ（ニセコの場合）ルールを守り完全立ち入り禁止エリアでの滑走は禁止となります。
●ロープをくぐりエリア外や規制地帯への侵入滑走は禁止となります。
●スキー場パトロールや、雪崩調査所のメンバーの意見に耳を傾け、山でのマナー、ルールを尊重し滑走します。
●ゲートを通って出るスキー場エリア外に出る場合、スキー場周辺のバックカントリー滑走における危険を承知しており、
●いかなる事態においての自己責任を理解しています。
●ボードが著しく破損した場合には修理代、またはボード代金を請求させていただきます。
●スノーボードの紛失・盗難につきましては賠償額をご請求いたします。
●貸出中の事故については（有）玉家プロダクツGENTEMSTICKでは一切の責任を負いかねます。ご了承ください。
●全て自己責任において滑走する事を理解します。
●万が一事故が発生した場合、警察や関係機関に求められる事があれば、この誓約書を提出する事に同意します。
●スノーモービル、キャットサービスでの滑走はボードに大きなダメージを負う場合がある為、使用禁止となります。
●パーク内のレールでの使用やレンタル用品に破損をあたえる可能性が高い場所での使用禁止となります。
●滑走目的以外での使用はできません。
●万が一に備え、個人スノーボード保険に加入されることをお勧めいたします。
●返却時間の厳守をお願いいたします。
●入力事項（住所、名前等）に間違いありません。
