Issues to be recognized for participating for the Baby Aquatics by Hiroko Nagasaki＊

＊If you do not agree the following issues, your application is not completed.
＊You are requested to agree with the followings;

1.Application is completed with your payment for the participation in the classes along with the submission of the application form on the official website of BabyAquatics by Hiroko Nagasaki.

2.The participation fee you paid formally should not be reimbursed in any cases except for the special cases recognized by us, organizer of the Baby Aquatics above mentioned.

3.If you are unable to pay by credit card at the time of application, we will hold your information registered for three days after submitting the application form. If your payment cannot be confirmed in due course, your application will be deemed to have been cancelled. If you transfer the participation fee by bank, the transfer fee must be covered by yourself.

4.You can participate in the applicable number of lessons specified. Only participants accredited as premium members can attend any classes as they like. The others must attend the classes only on the day of the week they have selected previously. Please note that generally, there are no transfer system or adjournment system. However, if you send the notice of absence by the prescribed forms called “Step up Sheet”, your transfer might be approved. (Precise matters will be informed accordingly.)

5.Even if you suffer any disadvantage by participating in the Baby Aquatics lesson, we, the organizer will not be held responsible unless the disadvantage is determined to be due to the organizer's negligence judicially.

6.If you change your address, telephone number or email, please be sure to let us know your modified information at your earliest convenience.
