Please bring yoga mat & water.

The floor is concrete, and you will be lying down on the floor for a good amount of time. It mihgt be good to bring extra things like beach towel, or two yoga mats to dowble up, or camping sleeping pad. And I recommend you to bring any other items to make yourself comfortable, like pillows, blankets, eyemask etc.
