Up until approximately one month before the start of your stay, no cancellation fee will be charged for minor reductions in occupancy,but the specified rate will be applied for major reductions in occupancy, reductions in the number of nights, changes to dates, etc.　 (The same applies to complete cancellations.)

Please write not the number of rooms but guests in the "Quantity" cell. If the quantity is uncertain, please write how many you want to reserve tentatively.

The total amount of charge will be shown in the Booking Confirmation, which will be sent following our reply. "Subtotal" shown below is an example of your accommodation charge.
The meal charge will be added afterward.

The rooms are not secured even when we reply to you.
The reservation won't be secured unless you tell us.
Allocated by hostel, guests are initially divided according to four groups, (male adults, female adults, male students, female students.)
If one of these groups has less than three people, an additional charge will be needed, which is the same as 1-3 person-use. Rooms are not shared with other guests, even if a room has less than three people.
You may assign to the Japanese tatami rooms, which we have two.

There are some discounts for students using 1-4 person use:
High school student - 220 JPY
Junior high school student - 550 JPY
Elementary school student - 770 JPY
Amenities are included only in Japanese rooms.
You need to add them for guests in the other rooms, as you want.

Dinner and lunce are surved for more than 30 people, and breakfast are served for more than 20 people.
Please note 3 things below:
First, we have a night curfew. You cannot come in and out from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning　except in emergencies.
If you have any possibility of going out or coming back after hours, please consider other accommodations.

Second, smoking is prohibited in the building.

Third, bathrooms and restrooms are not in the rooms. They are shared, divided by gender.

As an alternative, we recommend Tokyo Ueno Youth Hostel. It has no curfew, and each room has a bathroom and restroom.
