Notes on Application

Note:
1) Please enter the information of the person who will be pay the participation fee in the representative fields.
2) To be eligible to compete in the Challenger Class, both participants must be of an intermediate level or lower.
3) To be eligible to compete in the Masters Class, both participants must be of an advanced level.
4) If you are not sure which class you should apply for, please contact the application reception staff of our association.
5) If you would like to participate but do not have a partner yet, please contact the application reception staff of our association.
6) If the number of applicants exceeds the each class capacity at the time your application, you will be placed on a waiting list.
