* About exhibition cancellation

* Guarantee of exhibited products
The organizer shall not be liable for any damage, stain or loss of the product due to natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis, terrorist acts or arson between the time the product is carried in and out.
* About product take-out
The venue will be locked on the day of delivery and after the exhibition, but please be sure to take valuables and high-priced items home. Exhibitors are responsible for the strict control of products during the exhibition period. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any theft or damage.
* Regarding injuries and troubles
The organizer will not intervene at all regarding problems related to products or injuries caused by exhibits between the customer and the vendor. This does not apply if there is a problem with the setup or the organizer.

* About collecting money at the venue
Those who wish to collect money at the venue due to various reasons will be charged 1000 yen as a fee in addition to the exhibition fee.

* In principle, displaying products outside the sales space is prohibited. If you find it, you may be asked to remove it.
* Please display extremely heavy items under the table in consideration of safety.
