Catering service for business trips Application Form

Please make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If your preferred date and time are challenging, we may suggest alternative options, so please be aware of this. Additionally, if you wish to avail services within 24 hours, although the possibility of accommodation is limited, please inquire for assistance.

*For a one-hour session, the time will conclude while you are still eating, so we kindly ask each participant to handle their own cleanup. If you wish to include cleanup as well, please consider the 2-hour pack option (Option 6).

*The basic service involves our staff preparing and sharing the meal. While it's possible to cook together with the staff, please be aware that we cannot take any responsibility for injuries or accidents that may occur during the cooking process. Thank you for your understanding.

■Cancellation Policy:
Please note that cancellations after payment cannot be accommodated.

■Process after Application:
1) Once you submit the form, the secretariat will send a reply email within 24 hours.
2) If there are no errors in the reply email, please complete the payment within 24 hours. (If the service time is less than 24 hours, please complete payment within 1 hour).
3) A staff member will visit the lodging location at your preferred date and time, so please unlock the premises.
4) Enjoy sharing Japanese cuisine with our staff.

24時間前までにご予約をお願いいたします。もしご希望日時が難しい場合は、他の日時をご提案させていただくこともあります。また24時間以内のサービス提供を希望の場合は、対応できる可能性が少ないですが、一度お問い合わせください。

※1時間の場合、食べている間に時間が終了するため後片付けは各自。もし後片付けまでご希望の場合は、オプション6)の2時間パックをご検討ください。

※基本はスタッフが調理して料理を食べていただくサービスです。スタッフと一緒に料理をすることは可能ですが、調理による怪我などについて、当社は一切責任を負いかねます。

■キャンセルポリシー
決済後のキャンセルはできかねます。
■お申込み後の流れ
1.フォームを送信いただいたら、事務局より24時間以内に返信メールをお送りします。
2.返信メールの内容に間違いがなければ、24時間以内に決済をお願いします。（サービス提供時間が24時間を切る場合は1時間以内）
3.スタッフがご希望の日時に民泊場所へ伺いますので、施錠の解除をお願いいたします。
4.スタッフと交流してお楽しみください。
