1)I am aware that skiing is a hazardous sport that include certain risks and dangers, including the risk of serious injury.
I voluntarily accept full responsibility for all risks inherent in skiing and in the ski area.
2)I accept my responsibility to ski safely at all times, to “YOUR RESPONSIBILTY CODE”, and to obey all posted behavior notices and any other ski area rules and policies.
Any equipment I use while skiing. I use at my own risk.
I agree to Release, Hold Harmless, and Indemnity Kujyu proski school and instructor, and any of our employees.

Skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed in many ways. Regardless of how you decide to enjoy the slopes, always show courtesy to others and be aware that there are elements of risk in skiing that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Observe the code and share with other skiers the responsibility for a great skiing experience.
