Students who has repeated a year in the past must submit the Statement of reasons to Immigration Bureau.
・入学許可書／入学許可通知書
※入学前の方のみ提出必須(在学生は不要です)。「合格通知書」は認められません。
・Certificate of enrollment
*It is necessary incase you apply for change of residence status before enrollment. Please ask to your faculty to issue it.

・非正規生(研修生等)在籍証明書
※非正規生(研修生等)は指導教員及び1週間に10時間以上の授業を履修することを証明する証明書が必要になります。
