This is an Online form of Student's Absence Notification for JIS (Taipo-JS)
当日の欠席・出席連絡について、必ず当日の朝07:30までにご入力ください。※１日以上先の日について欠席予約連絡はできません。

This online form only accepts the current-day absence.
