・講座開始日及び公式テスト日から遡って2週間前より一切返金いたしかねます。
・講座開始日及び公式テスト日から遡って2週間前以前にキャンセルする場合はキャンセル手数料として30ドル承ります。
・公式テスト時に、パスポート・証明写真をご持参されなかった場合は、採点不可となります。
・フレックス講座の予定変更は、前日15時までに連絡された場合のみ変更振替可能。それ以降はキャンセル扱いとなります。
・最低開校人数（2人）に満たない場合は、開校を延長することがあります。
・キャンセル・変更は、弊社にて書面で確認できた時点で完了となります。
・オーストラリア国内外への配達の郵便物の紛失は、多々発生しています。郵便事故時の責任は弊社では一切負いかねますのでご了承ください。（紛失の場合、再発行料$65+郵送料が掛かります）

・We can not refund any money from two weeks before the examination.
・A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged for cancellations made less than two weeks before the official test date.
・Can't mark if you don't bring passport and ID photo when you take the examination.
・Cancellation and amendment would be completed by having the notice in writing.
・Sometimes the result has been lost by Australia and international post service.
・Our company will not be held responsibility for any loss due to those services.
・If you want, you need to pay extra $65.00 for reissuing a result, because of posting accident.
