〈注意事項：正規留学生　Notes for Degree Seeking International Students〉
※最終退去日は大学によって指定されています。その日以降は現在の滞在先に滞在することはできません。
※退去予定日の１ケ月前までに退去願を提出してください。
※1ケ月前までに退去願の提出がない場合には、退去月1ケ月分の寮費を請求します。
※退去願を提出後に退去日を延長する場合には、日数分の費用を請求します。
※退去願で申請した退去日より早く退去しても、寮費の減額や返金はありません。

* Your final move-out date is designated by KGU. You may not stay in your dormitory after the designated move-out date.
* You are required to submit a Notice to Vacate at least one month prior to your move-out date.
* If you fail to submit the notice one month prior to the designated move-out date, monthly dorm fees (full amount) will be charged for the month you move out.
* If you extend your stay after submitting a Notice to Vacate, you will be billed for the dorm fees based on the extended period.
* Dorm fees will not be deducted or refunded even if you move out earlier than the move-out date specified in the Notice to Vacate.
