⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
This rental service operates on a strict appointment-only basis. Please confirm the following conditions before proceeding:

1. Strict Pick-up Time
Staff will be at the location ONLY during your scheduled time. Since we are not permanently on-site, we cannot wait for late arrivals.

2. Automatic Cancellation
If you are late—even due to train delays—the facility will be closed, and your reservation will be automatically canceled. You will not be able to rent the items on that day.

3. Booking Deadline & Last-minute Inquiry
Standard Rule: To guarantee stock, please apply at least 3 days in advance.
Last-minute (within 3 days): If you are booking for a date less than 3 days away, please contact us via Instagram DM first. We may be able to help IF we have items in stock.

4. Payment
Payment is required on-site in cash (or your accepted method). However, if you are late, you lose your chance to rent.

1. Damage & Repairs
You are responsible for any damage to the surfboard or wetsuit. In case of damage or breakage, you will be required to pay for the repair or replacement costs.

2. Availability
Submitting this form does not guarantee stock. We will confirm your booking based on availability. Thank you for your understanding.

3. Confirmation Email
If you do not receive an auto-reply or confirmation email within 24 hours, your application may not have been processed. Please contact us via Instagram DM or phone immediately.

4. Cancellation Policy
Since we prepare specifically for your arrival, the following cancellation fees apply:

2 days before / 1 day before / On the day: 100% of the total rental fee.

No-show: 100% fee and future bookings will be declined.
