※秋入学の方のみ申請ください。This form is only for Fall admissions.
秋入学の方で春学期から復学する外国人留学生のみなさま
秋入学の方は、毎年秋学期に外国人留学生データ票等の提出を行う必要があります。
しかしながら、秋学期に休学を行い春学期から復学する方は、最新の連絡先の確認や授業料減免の申請を行うために春学期に以下の申請を4/26 17時までに行うようにしてください。
なお、入力中はこまめに入力画面の上部に出てくる「入力内容保存/読込」をクリックするようにしてください。
Dear fall admission students who will return to University from this spring semester
Normally, fall admission students have to submit the “International Student Data Slip and Application for Tuition Reduction” in September. However, students who took a leave of absence in fall semester and return to University from spring semester have to submit it until April 26th, 17:00. GEC office will check your latest information.
