for Kayak and the snorkeling tour
– Those under 6 years old and over 65 years old are not allowed to participate.
for Whale Watching tour
– Between the ages of 3 and 80 who is healthy and able to board and disembark the boat by themselves.
* Minors who wish to participate alone must have a parent or guardian's written consent.

::: About body shape :::
Participants with a BMI index [weight (kg)]/[height (m) squared] of 35 or more are not eligible to participate.
Participants with a BMI index between 30 and 34 will be asked to fill out a special declaration form.

::: About language :::
For safety reasons, only participants who can understand and speak Japanese or English are allowed to participate.
Participants who fall under any of the following categories are not eligible to participate.
- Pregnant or possibly pregnant
- With mental illnesses such as depression
- With heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, arrhythmia, tracheal inflammation, pharyngeal system, respiratory system (asthma, pneumothorax, pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, etc.), or epilepsy.
- Those who has been drinking alcohol (including those who hungover or drank alcohol the day before)
- With fever, using illegal drugs, and deemed dangerous by the organizer on the day of the event

* Those who do not follow the guide's instructions will not be allowed to participate in the tour, even during the tour.
