4⃣ 事前確認事項　 Pre-Confirmation
（１）申込み完了後、数分以内に申込み受付完了の自動返信メールをお送りします。迷惑メール防止機能により、自動返信メールを迷惑メールと判断し、「迷惑メールフォルダ」「削除フォルダ」「スパムフォルダ」等に自動的に振り分けられることがあります。メールが届かない場合、まずはこれらのフォルダをご確認ください。
24時間を経過しても届かない場合は、ご入力いただいたメールアドレスが間違っている可能性がありますので、レジデンスセンターまでご連絡ください。An auto-reply e-mail will be sent to you within a few minutes after your application is completed. The spam filtering system may consider the auto-reply e-mail as spam and automatically sort it into the “spam folder,” “delete folder,” “spam folder,” etc. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check these folders first. （２）ご入力いただいた内容に不備がある場合は、レジデンスセンターより3営業日以内にメールで関西学院大学が付与しているメールアドレスにご連絡いたしますので、ご対応をお願いいたします。 If the information you entered is incomplete, the Residence Center will contact you by e-mail within 3 business days to the e-mail address given by Kwansei Gakuin University, so please take action.

（３）入寮許可者の発表は、ホームページ(https://www.kwansei.ac.jp/campuslife/dormitories)で行います。選考結果をお電話でお伝えすることはできませんので、お問い合わせはご遠慮ください。
