*For dormitories applicable to the ISSS (International Student Support System), The meal service is included in fees, so the monthly fee will not change even if you do not take meals. For other dormitories, you can choose whether to have meals included or not.

*Depending on the room availability, we may offer a dormitory you have not selected.

Every single monthly payment requires commissions.
If you pay all at once, you can save on commissions.

1. For the initial payment, we only accept wire transfers.
Credit card payment is not accepted.

2. If the contract is less than one year, it will be handled as a lump sum payment even if you choose a Half-Yearly payment.

3. After move-in, you can choose from wire transfer, convenience store cash payment, cashless payment through designated apps, and an automatic direct debit system.
Application for Rental Items

-Cancellation of rental items before entering the dormitory may incur a cancellation fee. While cancellation after entering the dormitory is possible, please note that no refund will be provided in such cases. Kindly be aware of this policy in advance.

- If you move out before the end of your rental period, the rental fee for the remaining month(s) will not be refunded.

●All residents are under the obligation to have the fire insurance (3,000yen/year). It will be billed as building maintenance fee.
●Cancellation Charge
-from 1 month to 15 day before your contract begins: 25,000yen
-from 14 days to 1 day before your contract begins: 50,000yen
-After your contract begins: the total amount of the first bill.
*If you cancel your application after you move-in, you won't receive any refunds.
