物品をもらいたい人は、以下の規約をよんだうえで、情報を入力してください。Please read the terms below before submitting your information.

●もうしこみ資格　大分県内の大学、短大、高専、専門学校等に在籍し、県内に居住する外国人留学生。
　Applicants must be international students living in Oita Prefecture and attending a university,
junior college, technical college, or vocational school within the prefecture.
　提供者や物品に対して、丁寧で礼儀正しい態度をもとめます。
　Furthermore, respectful and polite behavior toward donors and donated items is required.

●引き渡しの流れ
１）リストから、ほしい物品をえらんで、この申込フォームに入力して送信してください。
Please select the item you want from the list, fill out this application form, and submit it.
２）事務局が引き取る留学生を決定し、連絡します。引取りの日時を相談します。
The office will select the recipients and contact you to arrange the date and time for pickup.
３）引き取る留学生が運搬の手配をします。決定した日時に、引取りに行きます。
　　引取りのときに、物品の状態を確認し、引取りをするかどうかきめてから、運んでください。
　（着払いにより宅配する場合は、事前に相談しましょう）
The selected student is responsible for arranging transportation and picking up the item at the agreed date and time.
Please check the condition of the item upon pickup before deciding whether to take it, then transport it.
(If shipping by cash-on-delivery, please consult with us in advance.)

注意事項）事務局は、物品を引き取るとき、運搬中、そして引き取った後に故障した場合の責任については、一切負いません。
Notice: The office assumes no responsibility for any damage or breakdown that occurs during pickup, transportation, or after taking possession of the item.
