【Entry Information】

• After reviewing your application, our office will send you a confirmation email with your entry fee.

• The entry fee must be paid in cash (EUR) either at the Workshop registration on the day before the competition or at the Munich Grand Prix registration desk on the day of the competition.

• If you cancel your entry after submitting your application, a cancellation fee of 50% of the entry fee will be charged.

【Performance Details】

※ Age is determined as of the date of the competition.
● Participants aged 18–25 may enter both the Professional Session and the Junior or Senior Division applicable to their age.
Participants aged 18 may enter the Junior Division, while participants aged 19–25 may enter the Senior Division.

If you enter both divisions, you may not perform the same piece in both. Please enter a different piece for each division.

● The Junior Division is open to both professional and amateur dancers aged 16–18.

● The Senior Division is open to both professional and amateur dancers aged 19–25.
Examples include university students, office workers, part-time employees and those working outside the field of ballet.

● The Professional Session is intended for dancers aged 18 or over who are working professionally in ballet or pursuing a professional ballet career.
Examples include ballet company members, apprentices, ballet school students, junior ballet company members, ballet teachers, ballet studio directors and studio assistants.

■For Modern / Contemporary works, participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary permission to use the music and choreography.

■If a copyright fee is required, the participant is responsible for all related costs.
