To members who are currently taking lessons
Reservations and cancellations for lessons can only be made through our reservation system. We do not accept reservations or cancellations via the contact form, e-mail, Skype, or telephone.

Cancellation of lessons
Free lesson cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time. Cancellation after that time is not possible. If you are unable to cancel on the reservation system and do not attend the lesson, one lesson ticket will be deducted per lesson.

Contacting the teacher regarding cancellations
If a student misses a lesson, there is no need to contact us or the teacher. If the student wishes to notify us of his/her absence, he/she should send a direct message to the teacher's Skype account. The teacher is always online during lesson time, even if the student is offline on Skype.

If you contact us outside of the support center's business hours, we will reply to your inquiry during business hours. Therefore, we may not be able to respond immediately to urgent inquiries.

If you have not heard from us within two days of our business day, it is possible that your e-mail has not been received for some reason. Please check the following items first.

●The e-mail address you entered is incorrect.
●Our mail server is overloaded and unable to send you an e-mail.
●Your security software settings or the filtering function of your e-mail address has classified the e-mail as junk mail.

If we are unable to reply to you for any of the above reasons, we will not be able to contact you no matter how many times you contact us.
