XRISM Internatioinal Conference 2025
Hotel Reservation Inquiry
G.T. CENTER has been appointed as the official travel agent for XRISM Internatioinal Conference 2025 and will handle hotel room arrangements in Kyoto during the conference period.
Reservations will be processed in the order in which booking forms are received, on a first-come, first-served basis.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
■ Room rates are Valid for the stay of October 19 to 24th (6 nights). For stays on dates before or after this period, reservations will be subject to request and hotel availability, and room rates may differ from those listed above.
■ All rooms are Single, Non-Smoking.
■ Room rates are Japanese Yen, per night, per person, including Breakfast.
■ Room rates include service charge, an 10% consumption tax, and accommodation charge where applicable.
■ Please note that the number of rooms reserved for the conference is limited. Depending on the timing of your application, rooms may become fully booked or rates may fluctuate.
Payment Details
■ You may pay the booking fee by credit card.
■ Payment must be completed by the deadline indicated in the email.
■ If payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation & Alteration Policy
・Up to 15 days before the first night of stay: None
・14 to 4 days before: 20% of daily room charge
・3 to 1 day before: 100% of daily room charge
・On the day of arrival or No notice given: 100% of daily room charge
