【About applying complaint】
・Request will be accepted up to one hour before the deadline for declaration at each AA.
・Requests received outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
・If the last day of the claim deadline is Sunday, please contact us by 17:00 on Saturday. *Please refer to the terms of each AA for the claim deadline.
・Complaint can only apply once per vehicle, and no additional complaint will be accepted after that.
・When we received request, we will reply by E-mail. Without our reply request may not accepted. Please contact us.
【About our response】
①After we receive your complaint, we will reply to you by e-mail within 1 hour.
※Please note that the declaration has not been accepted by each AA at this stage.
② After the first step, we will report to each AA.
*Depending on the contents of the declaration, we may be able to confirm the details.
③Complaints must be resolved according to the decisions of each AA, with an attitude of understanding and cooperation.
④When we receive reply from each AA, we will contact customer.
【Note】
・If the claim deadline has passed, any complaints cannot accept.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the various costs associated with the complaints (estimate fee, etc.).
・As a general rule, quotes are limited to those made by authorized dealers of the vehicle.
・If you do change ownership, deregistration, new registration, resale, exhibition (contract) before applying and during complaint, complaint will be withdrawal.
・Judgment of complaints shall be in accordance with the rules and rulings of each AA.
