キャンセルポリシー
Cancellation Policy

・ご予約の変更・キャンセルは前日までにお願い致します。
・当日のキャンセルや変更は、キャンセル料を申し受ける場合があります。
・ご連絡のないまま、当日の予約キャンセル、もしくは、２０分以上の遅延があった場合、施術費用相当のキャンセル料が発生します。

・Because of the reservation-only system, if you need to change your reservation, please notify until the day before.
・Cancellations or changes on the day may be requested for cancellation fee.
・100% of your total amount equivalent to the treatment cost will be charged, if you do not notify us about your cancellation or any changes on your reservation or if you are late more than 20 minutes on the day.
