在留手続き等で入学許可通知書が必要な方は、以下のフォームから申請してください。
入学手続の完了を確認後、申請いただいたメールアドレス宛にお送りします。

※大学院生は入学予定の研究科事務に発行を依頼してください。

If you need the Certificate of enrollment for your residence application etc., please apply for it below.
University will issue it and send it to you by email after confirming your enrollment procedure.
