送信完了後、入力いただいたメールアドレスに ifctokyonews@ifc.org より受付完了メールをお送りします。ご利用の環境により、メール受信時の送信者名の横に「formzu.com 経由」または送信者名に「postman@formzu.com on behalf of xxx」という語句が表記される場合がございます。
受付完了メールが届かない場合は、「迷惑メールフォルダ」や「削除フォルダ」等のご確認をお願いいたします。

コピーメールについて
Gmail/Gsuiteをお使いの方に受付完了メールが届かないケースがあるため、入力内容のコピーをご自身に送信する機能を追加しました。コピーメールを受信するには、次の確認画面下方で「自分にも送信内容のコピーを送る」にチェックを入れてください。
※コピーメールは受付完了メールとは別に送信されます。
※差出人は postman@formzu.com となります。
※コピーメールが届いた場合は受付は正常に行われております。

Carbon Copy mail
We have reported Gmail/Gsuite users are not receiving our confirmation mail. To help this situation, we added a function to send you a Carbon Copy mail (CC mail) of your input to the form. Please tick "Send me a copy" at the bottom on the next page.

・Your registration would be successfully accepted if you received CC mail.
