Dormitory preference
*Select the names of dorms in order of preference up to your 3rd choice.
*"Meal included" means you choose the dormitory in which the meal services are included in the fee, so the price will be the same even if you refuse the meal service.
*"With meal or Without meal" means you choose the dormitory in which the meal service is selective, so if you select "without meal, " the meal service fee will not be charged.

*ISSS means International Student Support System. Applicable dormitories provide a reasonable initial cost for international students, but you are unable to waive meal fees even if you do not take meals.

Payment/支払いrequired

*Many students frequently forget to pay the rent frequently. We recommend you to choose half-yearly or yearly payment if it is possible after consulting your family.
*日本人の学生様は契約時に登録頂きます口座より自動引落を致します。
●Application for Lease Products

-Cancellation of bedding rental is possible at a charge of 2,000yen by the day before the contract start date. After that, no rental fee is refundable, regardless of cancellation, change of rental period, or moving out.

※日本人学生様は、全て不要をご選択ください。リース商品のカタログを契約書と同封し、ご郵送致します。カタログをご参照の上、お申込ください。今回誤って申込みを申請しても、適用となりませんのでご了承ください。
Bedding Leaserequired
-A pillow, blanket, comforter, bed pad, pillow cover, comforter cover, and sheets are provided as a set. You can only lease them as a set.
-Leasing linen can be changed to clean ones three times a month for free.

●All residents are obligated to purchase fire insurance (3,000 yen/year). It will be billed as a building maintenance fee.

●Cancellation Charge
-from 1 month to 15 day before your contract begins: 25,000yen
-from 14 days to 1 day before your contract begins: 50,000yen
-After your contract begins: the total amount of the first bill.
*If you cancel your application after you move-in, you won't receive any refunds.
