*Building 1 has two private bathrooms, and Building 2 has one separate bathhouse each for men and women. The baths in Buildings 1 and 2 use free-flowing hot spring water. Guests are welcome to use the baths in Buildings 1 and 2.

Meals are served in the dining area of Building 2 for all guests.
Baths (free-flowing hot spring water) are available in two family baths in Building 1 and one separate men's and women's bath each in Building 2. Guests staying in either Building 1 or Building 2 can use either facility.

Due to the recent surge in fuel costs, we will be charging a fuel fee. For either "drop-off" or "pick-up" using a kei car (mini-vehicle), the fee is 1000 yen. For both, the fee is 2000 yen.

1 month to the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
2 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 20% of the accommodation fee

We understand the cancellation fee policy.
We are delighted to have welcomed so many international guests recently. However, some guests have booked multiple rooms and then cancelled their entire reservation. This is extremely inconvenient for many other guests who would like to use the rooms. We have set very strict cancellation fees, but we ask for your understanding regarding the reasons behind this. Thank you for your cooperation.
