ACPC Application Form　

The A.C.P.C. is the largest circuit cover club in Asia having history since founded in 1955 in Japan. The club is now very active with many global members.
The club is not a mere stamp exchange club, but enables the members to obtain worldwide covers and stamps through receiving and sending the club’s circuits.

Membership : Applicant shall be a collector of 18 years or older. Applicants with a commercial basis will not be accepted.

Rules :The Originating Member (OM) sends out the circuit to the first member listed on the circuit, When you receive a circuit, please forward the circuit to the next member’s address in a timely manner. Never skip the order listed on the circuit.Never hold the circuit for a long time. The last listed member on the circuit shall send it back to the OM.

Enclosing postage stamps with the circuit is not obligation, as the major purpose of our club is not stamp exchange. If you find any stamps enclosed with the circuit, please respond faithfully with mutual understanding. You are free to correspond or exchange stamps with members. Chain letters are strictly prohibited.

Member who ignores the rules may be expelled without notice. Never transfer your membership number to other person.
