この項目で入力された学生証番号と氏名を参照して学籍情報（所属、学年、生年月日、国籍、性別）を取得し、今後の選考および研修先への推薦の際に利用いたしますので、正確に入力してください。なおこれら学生情報は選考における評価に影響することはありません。

・有効なパスポートを持っている方：パスポート番号を書く。2か国のパスポート所持者は両方記載する。
・パスポートを更新予定の方：現在のパスポート番号に続けて「更新予定」と書く。
・パスポートを持っていない方：「なし」と書く。

書類選考の結果、応募プログラムとは別のプログラムへの参加を前提に面接選考を行う場合があります。また面接選考の結果、応募プログラムとは別のプログラムへの参加を提案する場合があります。参加プログラムを変更することについて予めご意向をお聞かせください。
