Please read the following information carefully before filling out the entry form.

**Submitting this form does not guarantee participation in the exhibition.
**Once we receive 100 applications, a notification email will be sent to inform you whether a spot has been reserved for you. (Please allow some time for this process.)
**The exhibition office will send a confirmation email to successful applicants.
This email will include details about your exhibit, instructions for delivery, installation, and removal, as well as a request to confirm whether you would like to receive an oracle card.
**Your participation will be officially confirmed after we receive your payment.

Please read terms of Participation and check the botton as below:

□ The organizer and staff will take the utmost care in handling the artworks; however, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, or personal/material troubles that may occur during transportation, installation, removal, or the exhibition period.

□ Please ensure that your submitted artwork does not infringe on any third-party rights, such as copyright, trademark, or portrait rights. In the event of any infringement or related issue, the exhibitor will be solely responsible for resolving it.
□ By participating in this exhibition, you agree that photos of your artwork may be posted online or printed in promotional materials.
□ Once the exhibition fee has been paid, it will not be refunded for any reason on the exhibitor’s side. However, if there are changes to the delivery or pickup arrangements, the fees will be adjusted accordingly.
□ While we will take into consideration any requests regarding the placement or display method of your artwork, the final decision will be made by the organizer based on the overall layout of the exhibition.
